About our Onboarding Sessions

Registering for an Onboarding Session

You can register for an Onboarding session right from your Dashboard.

1. Log into the AppDirect Marketplace.
2. Go to your Getting Started widget and click on Schedule Onboarding.
   
   
   
3. Select one of our weekly sessions and you should receive an invite to sync with your own calendar.
   

Accessing the Onboarding Training Material

If you prefer to watch a short on-demand video to start your journey in our Marketplace or simply want to review what was shared in our Weekly Onboarding sessions, you can do so from your Dashboard.

1. Log into the AppDirect Marketplace.
2. Go to your Getting Started widget and click on Quick Start Training. You will have access to the short on-demand video training.

I don’t see the dashboard, or I cannot access the links

1. Clicking the Help icon  on the bottom right of your Marketplace window, and going to Live Chat.
2. Submit a support request with our Marketplace Technical support team.
